Ooh... what a day... Things are alwayz not as simple as what people are thinking.Why can't the people around mi juz be wise and think out of the box? Why do i wanna make the scouters finish their 60 quota and go relax after that?
Thatz because i wanna let them at least have something to look forward to and not just scouting aimlessly juz because of the sake of doing it. Coz i know itz gonna be very very boring. And soon later, they will definitely request for resignation.
But some people juz think that i am the one who bring the standard down juz because they hit 60 and not more.
Why Jasmine can make joan hit 80 or 100 when she bring her out and why couldn't i?The time when Joan hit 80 to 100 was when she was new and fresh. And Joan was the only scouter at that time. Of course itz easy to get 80 people~ And now? I am bringing 5 scouters out... Total quota hit is 300~ and i have to take care of 5 person and not 1.
Some are even new.. and you can juz say that for Joan is very easy to handle... juz have to very take note of her facial expression... whether her engine is running low.. this and that. Bringing her out alone of course it's easy... especially when she was still new... try taking 5 scouters with 2 fresh ones inside, and with Joan and Firdaus saying that they are sick of doing this.. wanna resign etc... And you still have to orientate and guide Li Qing and Juny who are new. And still have to make sure everyone of them hit 80 names in list. With only oneLeader there, i would really like to know how i can do that. Anyway, Ivan says wanna get Patrick, Fengrui and mi out to see how Patrick leads. Let mi see how he do it WITHOUT mi and Rengrui's assisstance(i will request for that). Itz not as easy as what he imaagines. Shall see~~
My Dear was so sad over her friendship thingy from yesterday. From her tone i heard juz now.. i can sense the sorrow in her. And i know she cried(but she denied), i know that she is undergoing a very difficult time now. Knowing she will need a hero like mi to be beside her to share her sorrow... i took a cab over to her house. I am so content and glad to see that my presence actually made a difference.
Dear, i juz wanna let you know one thing. No matter what happens,you're never alone, coz you'll alwayz have mi by your side alright? Love ya lotz.

You'll never know who is the one who will betray you along your way,cox they wont show the"real" face in front of anyone especially the one that they target.Never believe anyone that u jux know,they could be the one who's trying to get rid of you.Dear,fren is fren,colleague is colleague,never mix up this two up.

As for yesterday,really thanks for coming down for jux that little while cox it make a different..

Stil quite disappointed and sad lorz.Things doesnt seem to be what i n eve think.
Hmm..Start next month onwards,her close fren no more is kimberley but eve le.So,maybe..really its time i let go le..
